  15. Anyway  enough  tittle  tattle on with
  16. the review!...

  18. Deadlock 8 was released on May 12th on
  19. 1  single,  sole,  solitry,  une, more
  20. than  none  disk!   The mag is dos and
  21. this  means  Hard  drive  installable!
  22. (yay!)  and also multitasks incredibly
  23.

  30. The   title   piccies  by  the  legend
  31. himself  R-(lordy!)-9!   are very nice
  32. and   are   very  inkeeping  with  the
  33. overall   style   of   Deadlock!..FUN!
  34. which  in  my opinion is what Diskmags
  35. are all about!  (LSD take note!) after
  36. about  30 seconds, woooo the front end
  37. (oo-er!)  appears,  not a lots changed
  38. from  issue 7!  a facelift is probably
  39. more  than  due  but none the less the
  40. whole  layout of the mag is very tasty
  41. indeed,  especially  the  new animated
  42. icons,  simple  and  toss...er  smart!
  43. (soz!)   As  always  in  Deadlock  The
  44. editing  of articles is A-1 with great
  45. {ta{A{6use  of  colour  and  some pretty good
  46. fonts!  smashing!

  48. Article  wise  theres  about  170  odd
  49. which  ain't  bad  for  1 disk at all!
  50. and  there's  a  bit  of everything in
  51. there;   Humour,   interviews,  Scene,
  52. Spam!   (eh?)  to  name just a few!  I
  53. have to say one thing that I really do
  54. like  about deadloack are R-9's little
  55. wise    words   throughout   articles!
  56. Proves  He actually takes time to read
  57. them  rather  than just sticking a few
  58. colour  codes in and calling it a mag!
  59. like  some  other mags I could mention
  60. i.e   all  the  foreign  ones!!   (RAW
  61. etc..)

  67. Anyway  Deadlock sure is shaping up to
  68. be one hell of a mag!  and If I wasn't
  69. so  heavilly  involved with V.I.  this
  70. would  be  the choice for me!  keep up
  71. the good work lads!  (definately needs
  72. clip art though!)
